Who we are. N-ABLE is a European Boutique Advisory founded in 2018 and dedicated to accelerating sustainable investments. We succeed thanks to a highly cohesive and transparent team of experts who all share the same belief: innovation is key to achieving sustainability.

What we do. N-ABLE accelerates and grows sustainable innovation investments through two business lines:
- Innovation Funding and Financing : we raise public and private funds for companies and consortia willing to develop and deploy sustainable technologies and investments.
- Investment Advisory : we carry out advisory projects on behalf of private and public clients. These cover a wide range of functions such as strategy, (co-) investment development, business and financial modelling, financial instrument design and evaluation, and economic analysis.

Our ambition. Since our foundation in 2018, N-ABLE has grown its client portfolio to include large corporates, innovative SMEs, R&D consortia but also government institutions such as the European Investment Bank, World Bank or European Commission.
We are now entering a new growth phase with strategic projects in natural asset areas such as raw materials and forestry. Our goal is to capitalize on this new wave of success to scale our activities and team within the next 5 years.
Become an N-ABLER
The position. We seek a full-time EU Innovation Project Lead who will contribute to grow our “Fundraising” business line. You will mobilize your technological expertise to design and oversee innovative EU projects, challenge innovators and lead the implementation of work package tasks and activities. You will also drive the submission of new EU project proposals across various funding instruments (Horizon EU, Innovation Fund, I3, LIFE, etc.).
Process-minded and methodical, you will contribute to grow the best-in-class network of the company as well as its top-quality project pipeline. You will act under the supervision of the company CEO and in close collaboration with your peers within the company. The position will entail mainly remote work but also regular travelling.
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the area of EU projects with a preference for natural assets – especially raw materials;
- Proven track record of EU Projects successfully awarded;
- Excitement for TRL5+ green innovation, cleantech deployment, circular economy and industrial transition;
- Technical and/or scientific expertise is required – such as Msc., Eng., demonstrated R&D and/or industrial experience;
- A skilled leader with proven experience of planning and implementing but also driving complex, multi-stakeholder processes;
- Excellent English is required, additional EU language is a plus.
